Grivanote started with a simple idea: serious training deserves serious gear, and it shouldn't cost a fortune to get it.

Anyone who has spent real time under a barbell knows the feeling. Straps that slip halfway through a heavy set, wrist wraps that lose their stretch after a few weeks, a belt that digs in everywhere except where it should. We got tired of paying for gear that looked good online and fell apart in the gym. So we decided to do something about it.

In May 2024 we officially set up the company behind Grivanote in Derby, England. From the start, the plan was to build a store focused only on the accessories that make a real difference to your training. We didn't want to sell everything. We wanted to sell the right things.
Today that means lifting belts, lifting straps, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, gym gloves, resistance bands, shaker bottles and gym bags. Every product we stock is chosen because it holds up to hard, regular use. If we wouldn't be happy using it in our own sessions, it doesn't go in the store.

We're a small team, and we like it that way. It means we can keep a close eye on quality, answer your questions properly, and actually listen when you tell us what you need. Whether you're pulling your first heavy deadlift or you've been lifting for years, we want Grivanote to be the place you trust for your gear.
