Returns and Refunds Policy
 

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work at Grivanote. This policy is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it does not affect them.
 

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last item.

To cancel, simply let us know within those 14 days by emailing info@grivanote.com with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
 

After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
 

Condition of returned items

Please return items unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. You are welcome to handle and inspect a product the way you would in a shop, for example checking the size and fit of a lifting belt or knee sleeves. If an item shows signs of use beyond that, such as being trained in, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
 

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed items where the seal has been broken after delivery and the item is no longer suitable for resale, for example a shaker bottle that has been unsealed and used. This does not apply if the item is faulty.
 

How to return an item

1. Email us at info@grivanote.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

2. We will reply with the return address and any further instructions.

3. Pack the items securely and include your order number or delivery note inside the parcel.

4. Send the parcel back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
    

Please send a separate return for each order.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of sending it back to us.
 

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method, and we will send you an email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the money to appear in your account.
 

If you cancel your whole order, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option, which on Grivanote is free. The £2.95 Insured Express Shipping fee is an optional upgrade and is not refunded on a change of mind return.
 

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us with your order number and tell us what you would like instead. If the item is in stock, we will arrange the exchange once we receive your original item back.
 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@grivanote.com with a short description and a photo. In these cases we will cover the return costs.
 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a refund or price reduction.
