Overview
These Terms of Service apply to your use of grivanote.com and to any purchase you make from us. The website is operated by Pitbull Power Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15739711, with its registered office at 39 Crystal Close, Mickleover, Derby, DE3 0BP, England. Throughout these terms, "Grivanote", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pitbull Power Ltd, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the website or buys from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Section 1: Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

Section 2: Our products
Grivanote sells gym and strength training accessories. We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in design or packaging may occur.

Our products are designed to support your training, not to replace proper technique, coaching or medical advice. Please use every product as intended and follow any instructions that come with it. Check your equipment for wear before each use and stop using any item that is damaged. If you have an injury or medical condition, speak to a qualified professional before starting or changing your training.

Section 3: Orders and contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Section 4: Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

We occasionally make mistakes with pricing. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown when you ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel your order.

Section 5: Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Section 6: Returns and your consumer rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, as explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. You also have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Section 7: Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but occasionally it may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Section 8: Reviews, comments and feedback
If you send us reviews, comments, ideas or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and share them in any medium without paying you. You confirm that your feedback is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and does not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory or harmful, including viruses or malicious code. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Section 9: Prohibited uses
You must not use our website to break the law or encourage others to do so, infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, harass or harm others, submit false or misleading information, upload viruses or malicious code, collect other people's personal data, send spam, carry out phishing, scraping or crawling, or interfere with the security or operation of the website. We may suspend or end your access to the website if you break these rules.

Section 10: Intellectual property
All content on grivanote.com, including text, images, graphics, logos and videos, belongs to Pitbull Power Ltd or our licensors. You may view and print content for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Section 11: Third party links and tools
Our website may include links to third party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Section 12: Website availability
We aim to keep our website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw all or part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.

Section 13: Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Section 14: Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption, strikes or technical failures. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact.

Section 15: Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed and the rest of these terms will remain in full force.

Section 16: Entire agreement
These terms, together with the policies published on our website, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and your purchases.

Section 17: Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
